There were some early fireworks at this morning's Tarrant County Commissioners Court meeting before it got underway.
Video shows a lady wearing a Statue of Liberty-related costume had to be physically restrained from approaching Tarrant County Judge Glen Whitley.
In the video captured by NBC 5, the lady tells a sheriff's deputy that she didn't want to shout across the courtroom to address the judge.
Judge Whitley then told the lady to put her mask on or leave the courtroom, to which the lady said she has trouble breathing.
