DALLAS (1080 KRLD) - A woman fatally shot yesterday is apparently the fourth murder of the new year in Dallas.
The unidentified woman had just climbed out of her car when she was gunned down.
Dallas police were called to an address on Baden Street less than a mile from the Dallas Zoo. They learned from witnesses that the victim was able to run a short distance before collapsing in a field.
She was rushed to a local hospital where she died. Police got a tip leading them to a so-called "person of interest" who has been questioned.
