PLANO (1080 KRLD) - A Plano man has been sentenced to 60 years in prison for impregnating a child.
According to a statement by Collin County prosecutors, 37-year-old Roli Lopez-Sanchez has been found guilty of continuous sexual assault of a child. Lopez-Sanchez was arrested in February 2018 after medical workers came into contact with the eleven-year-old victim and notified authorities.
The girl gave birth last summer at age 12. A DNA sample confirmed that Lopez-Sanchez is the infant's father.
