Surveillance video helped lead Houston, Texas police to a dog snatcher.
In May, the video showed a man running off with an English bulldog.

Now, James Washington is charged with robbery.
Houston police say Washington met up with a woman on May 3rd. Police say he acted like he wanted to buy her dog. They say he told the woman he was taking the dog, threatened her and ran off without paying for the dog.
The bull dog is still missing.
