DALLAS (1080 KRLD) - Austin police fired an officer who is accused of having a relationship with a stalking victim.
Investigators say a woman called police to say someone was stalking her at a gym.
They say Officer Jordan Wagstaff offered to give her shooting lessons at a gun range and that's when the relationship began.
Detectives say Wagstaff claimed he didn't realize relationships with potential victims violated the department's policy.
