DALLAS (1080 KRLD) - Dallas police have arrested the second of three suspects in a shooting on the edge of Deep Ellum last month. 28-year-old Adan Lozano was shot and killed on June 22nd in a parking lot on Commerce Street.
Surveillance video from a nearby convenience store showed three individuals following Lozano out of the store just before the shooting.
17-year-old De'Andre Wright turned himself in after police released that video last week.
Now, police say they have arrested 17-year-old Kelsey Jabari Wade Young on a charge of capital murder in the case. They're still searching for a third suspect.
