FORT WORTH (1080 KRLD) - There's still lots of cleanup to be done at Eagle Mountain Lake in Fort Worth after the weekend storms destroyed the marina.
One man was out on the docks when they started collapsing during the storm. He tells NBC 5 he was nearly trapped where he was, but fortunately managed to escape.
The man was able to cling onto a metal pole as the storm raged.
This was the third weekend in a row of severe weather at Eagle Mountain Lake.
Regulars at the lake are hoping for better weather for awhile, especially as the Fourth of July holiday approaches.
