DALLAS (1080 KRLD) - A 16-year-old Dallas murder suspect will be tried as an adult.
Lenario Washington will be tried for the rape and murder of a Dallas woman last year.
Washington was still 15 when the victim was killed. But prosecutors argue the severity of the crime demanded he be tried in adult court.
Washington is also linked to, but not charged in two rapes in Bossier City, Louisiana.
