MCKINNEY (1080 KRLD) - A McKinney man will spend the rest of his life in prison after sexually abusing two children.

On Thursday, 32-year-old Victor Calderon-Cardona was sentenced to life in prison without the possibility of parole for Continuous Sexual Abuse of a Child.

Calderon-Cardona pled guilty to Continuous Sexual Abuse of a Child and Indecency with a Child by Sexual Contact.

In April 2018, a 10-year-old girl told her school counselor that Calderon-Cardona sexually abused her for the past four years.

During the investigation, it was learned that Calderon-Cardona had sexually abused a 12-year-old girl as well. Both children were forensically interviewed by the Children's Advocacy Center of Collin County.

In a statement Collin County District Attorney Greg Willis said, "These innocent children showed bravery beyond their years and made sure this predator will never again harm another child."
