DALLAS (1080 KRLD) - A security guard in Houston is accused of killing a man outside a washateria last night.
Houston police say 27-year-old Lance Campbell is charged with murder for shooting a 60 year old man.
Campbell told police he was patrolling the strip mall and had told the man not to come back the day before.
Lt. Larry Crowson with Houston police says, " The security officer approached him and advised him to leave the complex once again. At that point, he says the man became aggressive and started walking toward him in a threatening manner."
The security officer says he felt like he was threatened and fire one shot.
Police say Campbell's statements didn't match other evidence from the scene.
