
A Texas Rangers Hall of Fame pitcher is set to stand trial March 2nd 2020 on charges of sexually assaulting a child.
John Wetteland was arrested in January. Police say the victim claims the sexual assaults happened in Wetteland's Bartonville home between 2004 and 2006 and started when he was just 4 years old.
Wetteland, who now lives in Trophy Club, denies the charges. His attorney says they are ready to disprove the accusation in court.
He's remains free on bail.
