During the summer and school year, it can be hard for working parents to find help in caring for their children. Often times, it's even worse if you're a single parent.
This week on North Texans Care we talk to Ruben Foster, he's the co-founder of Skill & Faith Athletes in Dallas, which provdies a free place for children to go. Foster says it's all about giving kids a chance.
