DALLAS (1080 KRLD) - A Dallas man who murdered an 85-year old for his pickup truck and garden tools has been handed a life prison term.
According to court records, 41-year old David Rickerson pleaded guilty Monday and let the jury decide the punishment.
Last year, Rickerson suffocated Edward Sebastian in his Pleasant Grove home.
Rickerson was arrested after he was involved in an accident with the victim's stolen pickup truck.
