A Dense Fog Advisory is in effect until 10am for most of north Texas. Dense fog, drizzle, light rain this morning. Please allow extra time getting into work this morning.
From noon to 6pm, a large area of showers with embedded non severe thunderstorms will move through as temperatures warm into the lower 60s.
A cold front will arrive a little before midnight, clearing the sky and shifting the wind to the NW. Gusts to 35mph and colder temperatures will accompany the front.
Low temperatures will fall to near 40 with wind chills in the upper 20s on your way to work tomorrow morning. Sunny and cool weather will prevail with highs in the mid to upper 50s.
A rapid warm up will be felt through Valentine's Day (mid to upper 70s) before another cold front cools us off Friday through the weekend.
No rain is expected with the next front.
