Mostly sunny today with seasonable high temperatures in the 90s and east winds near 10 mph. There is an Ozone Action Day in effect for higher levels of ozone and other pollutants. For more details, visit https://t.co/lcJPe3H4Dm#dfwwx #txwx #txweather pic.twitter.com/HXfw8MZY3G

Wednesday we could see a few isolated showers and storms caused by the remnants of Tropical Storm Marco.

By Friday, we could see heavy rain if Laura's track takes it just east of DFW. Right now, it looks like Laura will make landfall near the Texas/Louisiana border on Thursday morning, keeping the rain to our east, allowing temperatures to stay in the 90s for highs. Friday's weather depends Laura's track.

7-Day Headlines:

  • Hot and dry through Tuesday.
  • A few showers and storms Wednesday
  • Wed-Saturday's weather tropical track dependent.
  • Weather aware along the upper Texas Coast by early Thursday
