Rainy Day Today, Flooding Possible Across DFW

The rain sure has cool things off!

Temperatures have fallen into the sixties this morning. Heavy rain from McKinney to Dallas to Waxahachie will continue to press east, but light to moderate rain will continue across all of north Texas will continue through the noon hour. The severe threat is over across North Texas.

Skies will brighten the safternoon with high struggling to hit 80゚. More sunshine is expected tomorrow through the weekend with storm chances returning, scattered in nature, Friday through the weekend.

High temperatures will be in the low to mid nineties this weekend with heat index values a little over 100゚. And... lot of humidity we'll be dealing, with at least for the next week until things dry out a little bit.
