A very slow warm up will continue through Friday. Showers and storms move in late Friday along a strong cold front.
When you wake up Saturday, wind (gusts to 40mph) will be howling and temperatures will start to tumble. We'll be well down into the 30s by late afternoon, with wind chills in the teens.
It's not out of the question that some of you may see a little wintry mix during the afternoon, as moisture wraps around the surface low as it exits to our east. No accumulation is expected.
Sun comes back out Sunday but we stay chilly. After a hard morning freeze, temperatures won't warm much....mid to upper 30s with less wind .
