Wind Advisory Issued Through This Evening

Hold on to your hats and once again, bring any outdoor pets under 5 lbs indoors today or they will end up in Kansas! 

Gusts to 45 mph are possible later today. Therefore, a wind advisory has been issued effect through 9:00 pm this evening.


If you'll be working outdoors today, don't forget to apply sunscreen and dress for 90 degree heat. Most importantly, don't forget to stay hydrated.

Cold front # 1 arrives Thursday morning, dropping temperatures to below normal levels tomorrow through Monday morning. Plus, some of you may see close to inch of rain on Saturday.

Heaviest rain will be across east Texas, where over 2" may fall.

Skies will clear by noon Sunday, but we'll stay cool and windy. Next rain chance arrives Tuesday.
