More proof that there still is no hotter area than North Texas for real estate right now.
This comes from a new study out in Wallet Hub that has five north Texas cities in the top 10 best cities for real estate in 2019.
Wallet Hub looked at 300 different areas for 23 different topics, including the attractiveness of the market to the strength of the economy in the area.
Boise, Idaho landed in first place.
Frisco is second, but it finished tops in affordability and economic environment.
Then, Denton in fifth place. That's followed by McKinney, Carrollton in sixth and seventh. Then Allen in 9th place overall.
Fort Worth and Richardson landed in the top 25 as well.
