The NFL season started for real last night... and the rest of week 1 is coming up this weekend. The Dallas Cowboys start Sunday against the Giants.

This is the time where companies may see a dropoff in productivity. This is time of year where a lot of work won't get done at the office.

A new study says fantasy football can take up more than a quarter of the work day as employees work their fantasy football teams on company time.

Mark Fenner from the Rise Performance Group says fantasy football can actually lead to a company bonding. And companies get more out of it when they embrace it.

He also says it can be a good for customer relationships.

But, Fenner also says not ALL companies are meant to be part of the fantasy football culture.
