When women are sentenced to jail time, they leave behind everything in their lives -- including their children.
The longer they're away, the more distant that relationship can get. So what happens when those women get out of jail and try to return home?
There's a film coming next month that documents that process for several women, as those moms are reunited with their kids.
It's called "Breaking Free," and the moviemakers are holding a red carpet premiere of the film Oct. 13 at Fellowship Dallas.
