Bacsik, who has worked with the station since 2011, was named the primary television analyst on Texas Rangers' broadcasts on the club's new Rangers Sports Network.

"Obviously, I'm pumped about my job as the Rangers analyst on television, and I'll be doing approximately 100 games there for the Texas Rangers, and just looking at it from the station, looking at it from the perspective of how much I’d be traveling with the team, me looking at it on the duty that I have to do Ranger games, that it just wasn’t going to be really possible to do both,” Bacsik said on K&C a few weeks ago. “So making the split – we’ll be headed to spring training at the end of the month, so my last shows on the station will be at Surprise covering the Texas Rangers, which is very cool to kind it that way.”
