It appears that the Cowboys dodged a bullet, as the right ankle injury Tyler Biadasz suffered in Tuesday's practice "is not considered serious,' Michael Gehlken of the Dallas Morning News reports.
The Pro Bowl center was engaged with Quinton Bohanna and Dante Fowler on a run play when he tripped over safety Markquese Ball who was on the ground.
Biadasz immediately grabbed his right leg before limping off the field under his own power. He temporarily rejoined his teammates on the sideline before being evaluated in the blue medical tent. After being checked out, he appeared from the tent and walked off the field with a team trainer.
The Cowboys can ill-afford to lose Biadasz, as backup center Matt Farniok has been taking first-team snaps at right guard in training camp with All-Pro Zack Martin away from the team due to a contract dispute.
