Did Mike McCarthy prove to be a better playcaller than Kellen Moore?

Outside of the story that was the Cowboys defense, one of the biggest questions after the dominant win was the play calling of head coach Mike McCarthy. Has McCarthy already proven to be better than former offensive coordinator Kellen Moore?
