Joseph was reportedly involved in some capacity in an altercation near the 3600 block of Greenville avenue on the same night that 20-year-old Cameron Ray was shot and killed.

Ray was shot outside of OT Tavern at the corner of Greenville Avenue and Martel Avenue at 2 a.m.

Ray was later pronounced dead at the hospital.

According to a report from the Dallas Morning News, both the Cowboys and Joseph's attorney declined to comment on the matter.
