Cold or no cold, tonight's Armed Forces Bowl in Fort Worth will be played as scheduled.

Kick-off for the game is at 6:30 p.m. when the temperature at Amon Carter Stadium is expected to be 20 degrees with wind child factors in the single digits.

By the end of the game, the wind chill could be below zero.

The Armed Forces Bowl put out a tweet Wednesday showing a US Air Force airman trudging through the snow, advising fans to "please dress WARM. And blankets are allowed."

This 20th annual Armed Forces Bowl pits the Air Force Falcons against the Baylor Bears. It's the first time the two schools have played one another since 1977.

Players and mascots from both teams paid a visit to Cook Children's Hospital this week. They played video games with the kids, shot a little pool, played some air hockey and just hung out to cheer them up.
