Rangers' Kumar Rocker struggles vs. Elly De La Cruz, Reds

Texas Rangers rookie pitcher Kumar Rocker had a rough 2025 debut on Monday night in Cincinnati as Elly De La Cruz and the Reds tagged the right-hander for six runs on seven hits and two walks in three innings of work.

Rocker struck out three but was hit hard on pitches left out over the plate.

Meanwhile, we've yet to see the powerful Rangers offense we were anticipating this offseason, as Texas mustered just three runs on five hits. The Rangers' offense hasn't produced more than four runs in their first five games.
