Report: Former TCU standout Gladney faces domestic assault accusation

According to a broadcast report, Vikings cornerback Jeff Gladney is accused of beating and choking a woman he's in a relationship with.

KTVT-TV in Dallas reports Gladney turned himself into the Dallas County jail before posting a $10,000 bond on a charge of 3rd degree felony family violence assault.

According to the report, a 22-year old woman who says she was in a relationship with the former Horned Frog, says he punched her, choked her, and then dragged her by her hair. She told police the two began arguing over text messages she was receiving. The report says the victim had bruises on her head, ears, and torso, as well as scratches on her face, neck, and knees.

WCCO Radio is seeking a comment from the Minnesota Vikings.

Gladney started in 15 of 16 games as a rookie for the Vikings this past season. He was the team's second pick of the 2020 NFL Draft out of TCU.
