According to multiple reports, the Chicago Bears have requested an interview with Dallas Cowboys head coach Mike McCarthy. The problem? McCarthy is under contract with the Cowboys until Wednesday and the team holds exclusive negotiating rights for him until Jan. 14.
As of Tuesday morning, there has been no indication whether the Cowboys had approved the request or if McCarthy would even want to interview for the job.
