An Arlington man has been shot and to death and the killer is still on the run.
Just past noon Sunday police say Felix Rios was shot several times at Wessler Park in far east Arlington.
Detectives believe that Rios and the killer had agreed to meet at the park to fight. But as soon as the gunman got out of his car he opened fire on Rios and then escaped.
Police learned about the shooting when someone in a private car dropped Rios off at Medical City of Arlington where he died.
