Hoping to boost passenger loads to Hawaii, American Airlines will offer pre-flight Coronavirus tests from DFW Airport to foreign countries and US states with travel restrictions.
As things stand, Hawaii demands a 14-day quarantine for anyone who flies in from the mainland. But American says it's been in talks with Hawaii's leaders on testing options that might eliminate the quarantine.
One possibility is a rapid-results test at the airport before boarding.
Other options might include an at-home test kit or, perhaps, a test at an urgent care center.
