Dallas-based AT&T is partnering up with McDonald's to bring high-speed Internet connectivity to about 750 restaurants.
In a statement, McDonald's says "the last 24 months have triggered a revolution in consumer habits and expectations for restaurants and food service."
McDonald's wants their dining rooms to be a gathering place for family and friends and for work and school.
The company hopes customers will see it as a place where customers can bring mobile devices to connect to WiFi, watch TV or do homework.
