Crayola announced Wednesday that its Crayola Experience attraction in Plano has permanently closed.
The company said the location, which operated under a license by Brite Management/BrightColors LLC, is no longer open and it will work with guests who still have tickets, gift cards, annual passes or scheduled parties and events. Customers seeking refunds were directed to the attraction’s website.
The Crayola Experience inside the Shops at Willow Bend temporarily closed in mid-February after the mall’s landlord posted a lockout notice on the door citing delinquent rent. The attraction briefly reopened before shutting down again.
The closure leaves few businesses operating inside the mall, where most major stores have already closed or are expected to close soon.
