Some North Texas rents are falling as property owners try to attract tenants more than six months into the Coronavirus crisis.
Figures released by RealPage show that Dallas-area rates have been cut by anywhere from one-to-three percent.
That's not bad compared to other parts of the country like New York (down ten percent) or the San Francisco Bay area (off nearly 13 percent).
On the other hand, Fort Worth-area rents are up one-to-three percent compared to last year at this time.
