The former Dallas paramedic fired after a violent interaction with a homeless man has now had his EMS license lifted.

In 2019, Brad Cox was captured on video in an altercation with a homeless man who based on the video was kicked in the head.

The video only came to light this year and Cox was soon suspended and then fired.

Texas rules say an EMS license can be suspended if the conduct of the licensee creates an imminent danger to public health or safety.
