One of DFW’s most popular attractions may soon be getting an upgrade.
Planning documents were recently submitted by Grapevine’s Great Wolf Lodge for expansion, and a number of renovations. These changes are expected to cost $17 million and if all goes to plan, should be complete by next summer.
Great Wolf Lodge in Grapevine is looking to make some changes to better accommodate guests in the future. The resort wants to renovate its public areas, add a grand staircase, relocate their arcade, expand their restaurant and add an outdoor bar, according to NBC DFW. These changes are expected to begin on May 1, 2023 and be complete by July 31, 2024.
“We are currently exploring possible renovations to the Great Wolf Lodge in Grapevine, and to gain insights required as part of the planning and evaluation process, we needed to complete this filing with the state,” Great Wolf Lodge spokesperson Jason Lasecki. With these changes, DFW will soon have even more opportunities for fun.
