Usually when someone buys a new home, they can’t help but think it’s perfect. Of course, over the years even homes that actually are perfect start to have issues. Sadly, home renovation projects are not only expensive but very time consuming.

Luckily for those in DFW, an HGTV home renovation show is now looking for participants in the area for their upcoming season.

HGTV’s ‘No Demo Reno’ was recently renewed for a third season, and this year they are looking to renovate homes in Lucas, Fairview, Allen, and McKinney.

According to Dallas Culture Map, the show is hosted by Jenn Todryk, who is the founder of the popular blog "Life as a Rambling Redhead." Todryk’s goal in the show is to use cost-saving ideas to transformation homes without demolition.

Those hoping to have their home renovated by the show need to have 3-4 spaces in need of cosmetic renovations, primarily indoor and with an existing budget of $85K-150K. Homeowners will need to vacate their home during the remodel, and it is expected to take 10 weeks to complete.

For homeowners in need of renovations, this would easily be the most fun way to handle it.
