A home restored by Chip and Joanna Gaines for the HGTV series Fixer Upper has hit the market!

The McGregor, Texas home that features seven bedrooms, four bathrooms, and sits on 2,868 square feet can be yours for a cool, cool price of $995,000.

Magnolia Realty shared on the property listing for the home, “Located in the heart of downtown McGregor, you're just a short drive from the bustling city of Waco, ensuring you can enjoy both the tranquility of McGregor and the vibrant offerings of its nearby neighbor.”

Per Fox Business, though the home was recently listed for sale, it is still operation as a short- and long-term rental property on Airbnb.

Nightly rates start at $938, and guests must rent the entire property at a time.
