If you’ve recently purchased McCormick seasonings, you may want to check your pantry.
The company has recalled several seasonings over the risk of salmonella contamination, which was discovered by the FDA during routine testing.
According to the FDA, the voluntary recall affects McCormick Perfect Pinch Italian Seasoning, McCormick Culinary Italian Seasoning and Frank’s RedHot Buffalo Ranch Seasoning.
The recalled products were shipped to over 30 states — including Michigan — between June 20 and July 21.
As of now, no illnesses have been reported to the FDA in connection with the issue.
Consumers can contact McCormick Consumer Affairs at 1-800-635-2867 for a replacement or full refund, and more information on the recall can be found at FDA.gov.
