After more than a month into a strike at the Fort Worth brewery, talks between Molson Coors and the Teamsters Union are going nowhere, according to reports.
Talks between Teamsters Local 997 and the beer giant broke off yesterday after the company reportedly upped its wage offer by 5 cents an hour from its original $0.99 per hour raise offer.
The Teamsters say that offer is unacceptable, especially given how much money the company takes in and how much the CEO is paid.
Along with pay raises, workers are asking for improved retirement benefits and continued good health care.
KRLD News has reached out to Molson Coors for comment and is waiting to hear back.
