North Texans might love their dogs, but their dogs might not like the lifestyle in north Texas.
A new study from LawnStarter looked at the best cities in the country for dog parks. And North Texas put three cities in the bottom ten.
The worst place for dog parks in the country out of the 100 cities was Garland, then Cleveland, and New Orleans. The researchers say dogs don't seem to have many places where they can just play and "be themselves" in those cities. And those areas tend to have bad weather for dogs.
Arlington finished 7th worst, and Irving came in 10th on the bad side. Fort Worth also landed in the bottom five for the number of dog parks per hundred thousand people.
No Texas cities made the Top 10 of best cities for dog parks.
