While Plano is among the more affluent cities in North Texas, it has a growing population of families that are facing challenges - especially with the lingering pandemic. With a mission to strengthen Plano families in need, the free Fall Fair is returning Oct. 16 to the Plano Event Center.

The event offers free health and dental screenings, flu shots, a Job Fair/Career Corner, plus kids activities and entertainment.

Additionally, the first 200 children will recieve free school supplies.
