Northbound I-35E is reopened in Carrollton this morning after being closed due to a jackknifed big rig over night.
Police closed the northbound side about 1:30 a.m. because an 18-wheeler got crossways, partially blocking the northbound lanes.

Police blocked off the rest of the lanes to create room for the clean-up and to pull the rig out of its predicament. That took about three hours and then the lanes were reopened.
About 5:30 a.m. another big rig crashed on northbound I-35E near 635-LBJ in North Dallas. That one did not appear to be connected to the Carrollton crash.
