Because of lightning last night's Keller-Southlake Carrol football game was postponed until today.
Lightning storms arrived at the Keller stadium shortly after the game began last night.
Under UIL rules, lightning in the area forces a 30-minute delay. The 30-minute clock resets with each subsequent lightning strike and, unfortunately, the storm did not let up.
So, after multiple delays, administrators agreed to stop the game and reschedule it for 2:00 p.m. today.
Keller administrators say tickets for last night's game will be honored for today's restart.
