The Biden Administration says 1.6 million bottles of baby formula will soon arrive in Fort Worth.
The delivery will be the fifth in the US Department of Health and Human Services' "Operation Fly Formula." The Biden administration says Nestlé has agreed to export 41 million bottles of formula to the US. This particular Fort Worth-bound shipment of eight-ounce bottles will be flown in from Cologne, Germany.
Not all of the formula will stay in Fort Worth. The White House says it'll be shipped nationally through Nestlé and Gerber's distribution channels, saying additional deliveries will be announced in the next few days.
