The family of a man killed in a suspected road rage incident in Fort Worth is pleading for justice as police search for the shooter.
Authorities identified the victim as 62-year-old Ricky Langs, who was found unconscious and bleeding inside his car around 7 p.m. Monday along the service road of Loop 820 North. He was taken to a hospital, where he died from his injuries.
Langs’ family described him as the “life of the party” and urged anyone with information to come forward.
"Amazing dad, grandpa, uncle, brother, friend, all that, we video chatted every night," one family member said.
Police suspect the shooting was linked to road rage but have not released details about a suspect or a possible getaway vehicle.
No arrests have been made. Authorities are asking anyone with information to contact Fort Worth police.
