Investigation continues after a deadly crash on Eastbound on 635.
Police say the crash happened around one this morning. A woman was driving eastbound on 635 when she crashed into a construction barrier near the Skillman exit. Her car then veered back onto the highway where it came to a stop.
The woman then got out of her car and was hit by a van.
Investigators say the woman died at the scene. The driver of the van stayed on the scene and talked with police. There has been no word yet if charges would be filed. As of now, police had the highway shut down for about eight hours while they hold an investigation.
