A 19-year-old man has been charged with murder in the fatal shooting of another 19-year-old in Dallas, police said.
Officers responded to a call Nov. 10 in the 2400 block of Harding Street, where they found Brandon Fuller unresponsive on the ground, according to police. Dallas Fire-Rescue pronounced him dead at the scene.
Investigators later identified the suspect as 19-year-old Deyonte Rice. He was booked into the Dallas County Jail on Nov. 11 and charged with capital murder, jail records show.
As of Wednesday morning, Rice’s bond had not been set. Police said the investigation remains ongoing.
