A 19-year-old was identified Wednesday as the victim in a South Dallas shooting a night earlier, police say.
Officers responded to a shooting in the 4600 block of Spring Garden Avenue late Tuesday, police said. Davarcia Forney, 19, was pronounced dead at the scene.
