DALLAS (1080 KRLD) - An early morning shooting in far east Dallas landed two people in the hospital, including a security guard.
Police say the security guard and another man were outside the Tiger Cabaret on E R.L. Thornton Freeway when an unknown suspect in a black SUV drove by, pulled out a gun and started shooting.
The security guard was shot in the foot, police say. The other man was shot in the back . Both were rushed to the hospital.
The security guard is expected to be fine, but the other victim was rushed into emergency surgery. No update on his current condition.
Police are investigating the incident. No arrests have been made at this time, and police say they haven't figured out a motive for the shooting.
